Today we were very happy to make a presentation of our Priorat guide at the 33rd annual Mostra de Vins i Caves de Catalunya, set in front of the Arc de Triomf in Barcelona. This fair, organized by INCAVI (the Catalan wine regulation body) during the Barcelona festa major weekend, is the largest in Catalonia and wineres from all of the 12 DOs in the region are represented, so we were thrilled to be part of the program. Our presentation was put up by local cultural club, Tr3sc and allowed us the chance to share the wonderful wines of Marco Abella along with the story of how our guide came to be, with everyone in attendance.
It was a full room and unfortunately some people who showed up later had to be turned away, but we hope we’ll have the chance to see them at an event in the future such as the fair Degusta Priorat in the Buil & Giné winery in Gratallops this coming weekend.
